Internet Acess

When i use the address www.futureshop.ca or without the www. i am unable to get inline with them. I was always able to but out off the blue thier computer will not converse with mine. It sends me things but i cannot reply or order as i used to. Havetried numerous things but no success. I get thier heading showing french or english but am unable to get any further.
