Internet Browsing

I am trying to go to the web site: www.hud.gov
From one computer I am fine but other two computers I could not see the web page. all running win2k prof. It was fine before. Page comes blank white page, at the bottom left of the page it says done. 3 pc is connecting to internet through dsl router. I tried so many ways like reconfigure the browser, upgrade the browser to IE6, clear the cookies, history etc. I can go any other site except that site.
please help me.
