Internet call waiting

Is there some setting in MSIE 5.5 to enable Internet call waiting. When I first install the browser it let me know when I had a call coming in and gave me the option to answer it or not, then it seemed to go away and I cannot find how to enable it again. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you…..Rich
