We recently set up our own ISP, and so most of us have removed our personal ISP accounts from our desktop PCs. One user has lost use of Internet Explorer and Outlook Express since uninstalling her personal account’s connection software. When she starts the applications the following message is diplayed: “Access denied. You are restricted from running Internet Connection Wizard.” We reintalled both of these applications, no luck. If another user signs on, the applications start no problem. I have compared the registry settings for ICWCONN to another user and find no apparent differences. Any suggestions?
