Internet Connection Sharing for WinNT

I have a small workgroup with one WinNT4 and two Win95 peers at one of my locations. All need Internet access. Is there a way to share the connection on the NT PC with the other two? I know Win 98 ships with ICS, and was hoping that NT would too… If it’s in there, I haven’t found it! Suggestions?

By the way, I have tried installing RAS on the NT machine, but the Installer reports that it can’t open RASCFG.DLL in the i386 folder. But I’m not sure that that will allowing sharing a connection in any case…
