Internet E-Mail via Outlook 2000

One of my users gets a constant login dialog box when trying to receive Internet e-mail at her Outlook client. Her ID/Password will not be accepted (though it IS accepted if she goes through Outlook Web Access, so I know it’s the right ID/Pwd. Likewise, I can log-in to the Exchange 2000 server with that ID/Pwd.

Ideas, anyone?
