Internet Exploere 5 ?

Hi. I have IE-5. The search button brings up the search box. The customize button brings up a box, but now it only shows 6 search engines in big bold print. It no longer has any customization features at all. I cannot set one of these to default either. My question is obvious:
1) How do I get my original dialog box back with all the customization features from
installation time?
2) I have win-2000 installed.
