Internet Explorer Antiviues Pro

i have deleted this program of a clinets pc but it keeps coming up with windows send to mircosoft it says (IAPRO.exe, MOD VER 5.1.2600.5512, MOND NAME Kernel32.dll, OFFSET. 00012aeb).It was loaded with a heap of Trojans which i think i got of the pc is there answer to this.
