Internet Explorer cannot open the site http://techre

“Internet Explorer cannot open the site https://www.techrepublic.com.com/5208-11184-0.html?forum id=56&thread id=181762&start=0 the connection with the server was reset.” This keeps coming up with variations on different pages and other sites, I believe I have a problem with IE but cant seem to fix it, need access to internet to get assistance with this and other problems with puter. Also real slow loading pages, sometimes meaning I accidently send comments twice sorry to all, this is annoying. Any ideas???? 🙂
