Internet explorer cant display pages

it seems that internet explorer 5.0, 5.5 have a problem
I’d try to uninstall from control panel add remove programs and has: several options
to fix or update but not to unistall explorer
is out there a utility to remove internet explorer

Problem I cant see any internet pages even i’m connected to the internet is there a way to solve this problem I had see it several times i’d reinstall windows so I could connect and surf the web z ya
