Internet Explorer Script Error

I Have a pc installed windows 95. I have configured internet following all procedures.The problem comes when I want to open a certain page. While its opening the page its stop and give a message “An Error occured in the script on this page. The script operation has been cancelled.”
Microsoft JScript runtime error
[line 8] ‘setLogicalURI’ is undefined.
I am in need of help!
