Internet Home Page

Client has new PC. Got infected with Trojan Horse virus. Scanned and cleaned with AVG. However, virus has affected IE home page – keeps changing it after reboot. (Have hit APPLY when resetting to correct homepage website). Homepage keeps telling him he is infected with spyware. How do I remove the offending homepage entry?
