Internet monitoring

Hi,
I currently use proxy 2.0 to connect to the internet on a windows nt4.0 environment….
I would like to pickup a good third party software to monitor,inhibit,print reports etc…
of all the users activity on the internet…Can anybody recommend a good product to use..
