Internet on windows 2000

Hi,
I created a scope on dhcp server and configure my clients to get ip frm DHCP.The i configure Routing and Remote Access as A Network Router.I want my clients can access internet through this router i don’t want to enable ICS.I want to do this through NAT.I tried it but not working.
I need assistance in it.
