internet options homepage

Hi all

I wonder if anyone can help, I’m struck in my internet options which i’m unable to use to surf seemlessly…my home page always jump back to either of these:-

http:69.31.79.102/index.html

res://jhcgk.dll/http_404.htm

res://jhcgk.dll/index.htm#96676

and unable to surf further, can anyone please help?
