internet sharing bwtween winXp and WinMi

i have 2 pc, one with winXp and the other with winMillum. Both have network card.Currently i m using that WinXp Pc to connect to internet using Hurricance800 broadband.SO how can i set up that WinMil PC to connect to internet as well without additional hardware.I just wish to set up internet sharing between them.( i dont have good computer knowledge)
