Internet Sharing Connection using WINME

I have connected 2Comp using hub for network/internetsharing,evrything is set and generates ican see COMP2 in COMP1 and same thing in COMP2.Isetup also ICS in both PCS and in COMP1 which have modem can connect to net but COMP2 doesnt have any modem.what configuration i should put in comp2 in able to connect in net?
