internet sharing on w2k server

hi.
i can share the internet connection of w2k proffessional computers simply. there is no problem.
But i can’t share the internet on a w2k server, when i share it, the client can not connect to internet. (the client is a w2k proffesional computer) what is the problem. it is so urgent
