Internet sharing with static IP’s

Hi,

I get internet conection via one Network card on my computer. I want to extend my connection to my LAN. I have win2k server installed. I also installed a second network card that carries IP : 172.16.10.1 and all my other PC’s cary 172.16.10.X. I want to share this connection without using a proxy lin wingate or…
Does it involve DNS configurations ? I hear it has something to do with RAS and routing.
Please advise me.
