Internet Site Freeze

Using Mindspring dial-up and I.E., my computer will only go to one web site — Troma.com
When I type in any web address, I either get troma.com or “the page cannot be found”
No viruses have been detected. I ran Stinger-1-2003.
I have deleted temp files and unchecked “web addresses” for content autocomplete
Help!
