Internetworking Windows 2000

Hi,

I would like to know if you can install a Dial Up Adapter and bind it to the TCP/IP protocol in the Windows 2000 Professional.
I have searched many areas and have not yet found the steps (if they exist)on how to do this.
PS: someone has told me it is possible…what do say??
