Internext Exporer Problem 5.5 sp1

While read a techrepublic article I decided to print it so I selected the print version. It opened a blank page and that was it. I used my old pc and it worked. The ie settings appear the same. Can only one tell me what to check. I found this happens on other sites like posting a message to microsoft.

Help please.
