Interupted WAV Recording Recovery

I have a flash drive with WAV recording capability. It was in the process of recording audio when it experienced a low battery condition causing the flash drive to terminate without completing required length and file name information. Is there a utility that would permit recovery of this file? I have tried several flash drive utilities for data recovery and this unmarked file is never found.
