Invalid Drive Specification for my CD-RO

I had to format my harddrive. I am trying to install windows but i can’t get my drivers for my cdrom to work. I narrowed it down to the problems:
1. I don’t have the directory information for MS001 (or something like that(the cdrom driver directory))
2. I don’t know what to do with MSCDEX.EXE
I run Acer 624A. Any suggestions?
