Invalid_Process_Attach_Attempt

Greetings, I appologize for not having all details, but I thought someone may have a clue or has run into this.

OS: NT 4.0 server, SP 6a. PC Anywhere 8, Quota Server 5.1
Problem: Seemingly random appearance (though increasing in frequency)of “Invalid_Process_Attach_Attempt” on the screen. No BSOD, No apparent event log enteries. Machine needs a reboot to clear.

Suspects: Key suspect is Quota Server – (just gut feel) and PC Anywhere.

These machnes are not my direct responsibility(just trying to help) so I don’t have more details, but was wondering if anyone has run into this in a similar environment.
