Invalid VxD dynamic link call problem

I keep getting this message on one of the computers I am responsible for. It is running Windows 95b. I just repaired the Windows with Nortons and installed some software. I have run Windows Setup numerous times but obviously I am missing something. Windows seems to work fine but I get the message that it may become unstable but it doesnt even after I proceed bu clicking Y but before that I keep getting this message…..
