Iomega Zip 100 IDE Drive

I can’t install an Iomega ZIP 100 IDE drive on one of our computers – running Windows 95 Hebrew edition. Windows doesn’t recognise the drive. I can use the drive if I boot to DOS or in a DOS window using Iomega Guest, so I think the problem is Win95 and not the computer. I have installed these drives on three other computers using the same Win95 version.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
