IP Address?

I have been hosting my own web site on a cable connection direct to my computer. To get to it If one used http://99.99.999.99/myweb/, people both on the local network and outside on the internet could acess my web site.

I recently added a Linksys router now and instead of connecting directly to my cable modem I go through the router. I am not able to access my network from the internet using http://99.99.999.99/myweb/. when I call up my ip address I get 192.168.1.100 which I can use on the local network but doesn’t work from the internet.

Any thoughts on what might be happening.
