IP Address Conflict

I am using DHCP from an NT 4.0 server with mixed NT 4.0 and 98 workstations. My 98 workstation keep getting IP address conflicts on their DHCP assigned addresses. Please help, one of the 98 workstations is the CFO. Thanks,
