IP conflicts

We have 4 servers all running nt4 tse sp6a everyday when i check the event logs there is always conflicts and it says to use nbtstat -n when i do this it tells me that certian users are conflicting but the thing is, on that network the addresses arestatic, on the other side is the dhcp server they are divided by a router. i know all the statics are good we have a mask of 255.255.255.0 the range of the statics are 192.168.1.50-99 and the dhcp clients are 192.168.0.25-99 we have 2 wins servers. any help? thanks
