IP Pinging?

Recently I opened up 4 new public IP’s, however I’m only able to ping 1 of the 4. In the setup prior to the new IP’s, I had one server with 2 NIC’s, one NIC connected to a hub for client connectivity, and the other NIC is connected directly to a DSL. With the 4 new IP’s I changed the topology to having all 4 servers connected to a hub with the DSL connected directly to the hub, however with this setup I’m not able to log onto the internet either from the server or from a client workstation. Am I overlooking anything, do I need additional software?
