IP release/renew

hello,

Several users use windows 95 and are sometimes working from home using dial-in and sometimes they are connected directly to the LAN. The following problem exists: After they have dialed into the domain from home and arrive in the office the next they they can only connect to the LAN after they have released and renewed the IP address. Could this be related to a missing necessary patch because users with other Operating Systems don’t have this problem.
