IPC$ and netmeeting reinstall on w2k

1. I am networking a w98se pc with a w2k pc and I have shares on both pc’s, both are in the same workgroup and from the w2k pc, I can access the w98 shares, but from the w98 pc, when I open net nieghborhood and double-click the w2k pc, I get a request for the ipc$ password (per ms, it’s an administrative share that cannot be deleted)?
2. Any thoughts on how to reinstall netmeeting on a w2k pc? everytime it starts it asks to reboot the box and never really starts.note- the w2k pro cd doesn’t have the install .exe available, it’s embedded.
