IPC Error on Domain Controller

Hi,
I Have setup one additional domain controller in Win2000 domain.
BUT all users as unable to get into shared folders I have made. Keep getting “IPC$ Error” & it asks for a password.
In my client’s Network Neighbourhood, as soon as I click my second (additional) Domain controller (the one I made) it prompts for a IPC password. Please let me know how to resolve this.
