IPconfig

I am having a little trouble using the IPconfig feature on my laptop. I open the cmd line and type IPconfig and it does nothing. Just returns down to the next line and says C;\documents and settings\”account name”. I have replaced the IPconfgi.exe file, thinking it may have been corrupt but no luck. Any ideas?
