IPSec

hi
i am using IPsec in windows2000 server and open TCP port 80/21/25/1433/3389 and block othere TCP port
all UDP port also open both way
we i enable this filter all think working fine but i am not able to browse internet through this computer i am not able to find out how to solve this problem

if i use TCP filter and open only these port block othere port in that case i am able to browser internet can any one give me solution
