IRQ??

Just purchased a Brand New Acer FH with card integrated on board – had to get active speakers in order to get sound. When I boot with speakers on, USB mouse stops working. If I boot with speakers off mouse works then turn on speakers everything works.

Any Ideas what causing this behavior?
