IRQ conflicts

System had to be re-configured back to factory settings due to virus problems. I’m using windows 98 ver 4.10.2222. When I restored to factory settings, I’m now faced with IRQ conflicts where there may be three items assigned to one IRQ ie IRQ 9 ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering, Adaptec AIC-7850 PCI SCSI Controller, SCI IRQ used by ACPI bus. The ACPI IRQ gikder for PCI IRQ Steering is also flagged in IRQ 05, 09, 10, 11, 14, and 15. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The only new piece of hardware added to system since purchased was the SCSI card which did conflict the first time.
