Is there a tool to reestablish rights

I am running a terminal server and am not able to access a number of files and folders on my server. I have Full Rights to upper Folders but the only rights on the folders I can not access have the Everyone Group, and the Terminal Server Client group, and those group don’t have Full rights. I need to have full rights to these directories because one is in the Winnt\Temp folder and periodically needs the contents deleted. Is there a tool that will allow me to over ride the ACL on these directories so that I can assign full control to the Adminstrators Grouop which currently has no rights at all to these folder or the files within them?
