is there anyway to keep the ACL?

i’m doing a fresh install of a win2k server on a machine that allrady has win2k server on it. but i want reinstall b/c the OS is giving me lot of probllems. on another partion on the same disk with the OS i have many shared folders witth diffrent permitions. is there anyway to keep ACL of those folders so i can use them after i have reinsralled the OS.
if this is posiible it will cut my work by hours.
