Is this really a virus? (“Never Buy DVDs

I have been suffering from a persistent virus report for the past week or so. The same “virus file keeps being found and deleted from the Temp Internet folder. The file is called “Never Buy DVDs Again!”
It always gets trapped by my copy of AVG Free antivirus but always reappears even when I have not been on the Internet and not used removable media. AVG is up to date using their lates Dec 2nd file. The Symantic free online test does not find it and the virus library does not know of the virus. Why does AVG keep on reporting it every day without fail? Is it a problem or just a bug in AVG. Otherwise I am very pleased with the results of AVG and it has killed off bugbear and one or two other viruses sent by a couple of people.
