ISA Remote Admin not working

I have ISA Server installed. I have installed the admin tool on my PC, same domain, same subnet. Whenever I try to connect to the ISA server I get :

DCOM got error “General access denied error ” from the computer proxy1 when attempting to activate the server:
{E205C653-0426-11D2-9A4D-0060081E9D26}

My account belongs to Domain Admins. Couldn’t find much in KB about this error. Anyone have similar problems???
