ISA Server Event ID 12022

I’m having the next event:
The action to summarize all period summaries from the array, into report “REP20010913-20010913.IRP”, failed. The error code in the Data area of the event properties indicates the cause of the failure. The error description is: The ISA Server component is not installed.
As a result, there is no reports.
Does any body know how to resolve this problem?
