ISA server FTP connection

I’ve installed a ISA server on my network.Web Proxy is working fine, and connection to an ftp-site with Internet Explorer is okay.
I’m having problems connecting clients through the ISA server with FTP programs like ws_ftp. I have installed the Firewall Client, but this would not work.
What should I configure on the ISA server?
