ISA server questions

I have just upgraded our Proxy server 2.0 to ISA server. I have a couple of questions: I cannot get streaming media such as Real Player, etc. to work. I have added a rule to allow those protocols through. Also, when I try to change the rules to just allow certain users or groups web access, it appears that no one has access. One last thing. One of users cannot get to a site that is trying to use basic authentication for access. I have been able to get to other sites and feel that it is aproblem with their web server. Is there any configuration settings that could affect this?
