ISA SERVER (WEB PROXY CLIENT)

i use microsoft ISA server, but every time i check the appllication log, i always find webproxy client error. when i check this error, it says there is a conflict between teh win2k routing table and the local address translation (LAT) table. and sometimes the ISA server does not allow the client to connect.
can somebody help out.
