ISS-regarding Virtual server

sir,

when I install ISS in windownt server using win-nt 4 option pack i create one web site name called www.hello.com,by using same ISS server i want to create another web site called www.another.com . how can created please guide me , i heared that by using virtual server we can do it but there is no option provide in win-nt 4 option pack for virtual server , other wise pls
tell me how can i configured two website in one ISS server when i use separate IP for Each website
when i browse byusing the IP it should applicable
