Istalling W2k Server in NT Domain

We have 9 NT 4.0 servers in a single Domain with Exchange 5.5. We want to install a W2K server. Preferablly in the same Domain due to Exch 5.5 authentication. What different ways are there to do this with minimal disruption to 800+ users.
