Java Problem!!!!!!!!

I have a problem with Java Run Time Environment. I have installed it about 5 times and it still won’t integrate with IE 6. I can’t use www.braodbandreports.com. I get a Download messege indicating that I have to DL Microsoft VM. I don’t get the Systray Icon either. I started having this problem after I deleted IE 6. I reinstalled it and ever since then I have that issue with JAVA. The version is: Java Plug-in v.1.4.2_05 and JRE same version. What is going on and how can I fix it? ASAP !!!!!!!
