Java problems

When I go to a site such as, “Excite.com” and try to use their casino gaming section I have the following problem. Upon entering “Casino Gaming”
I try such as Video Poker, as the site opens I get a blank gray section that would normally be displaying the enteractive card table in it. As I said I only get the gray screen, it also has a small icon on the upper left corner. I have tried all the online suggestions to correct this, to no avail.

This also happens for example with E-Cards. This is only an irritation but it is getting to me. I have tried reloading windows and running sfc with no luck. Before pulling all my hair out I’ll give this one 150 points. Someone give me a hand here please.
